Todd Eppert

Todd believes in helping others by maximizing their strengths and shoring up weaknesses. He has mentored many business leaders in his 20+ year career, and has a sparkling record of progress and overwhelming success in driving breakthrough financial and operational results for various companies. His experience and successes are centered on coaching and developing others, team building, cultural transformation, strategic and tactical planning, multisite operations management, continuous improvement, supply chain & logistics, engineering, customer service, change management, mergers and acquisitions, business integration, and ERP implementation. He has spent his working career in small businesses and believes that their success drives the economy. Turning his focus to full time coaching enables Todd to do what he does best…help companies grow and improve by supporting the leaders of those organizations.

Todd launched TKCR & Associate, Inc. in 2018, and became a Certified FocalPoint Business Coach. This effort combines his vast experience with proven content based on Brian Tracy’s strategies, tactics, and methodologies. In the first two years, Todd was recognized by FocalPoint for his excellent results earning the Rookie of the Year and the Brian Tracy Award for Sales Excellence. These achievements came through working with clients and providing excellent value and superior results. Todd enjoys coaching in small businesses working with owners to improve their top and bottom lines, build stronger teams, planning for the future, and promote work/life balance while strengthening the business, their families, and their communities. He also partners with leaders in human resources at larger organizations to provide assessments for hiring and personal development, training in communication and coaching, and executive coaching for leaders looking to improve.

Todd has a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University and a M.B.A. in General Business from Thomas More College. He also has a Professional Degree in Logistics from The Logistics Institute at Georgia Tech. Todd is the Chairman of the Board at Heart of the Outdoors based in Morrow, OH, and volunteers with the Goering Center as a guide for families in the Next Generation Institute program.
